Exchange & Return Policy

RETURNS
At Georgie + Clementine, we respect and value every customer.  Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase.  In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you a full refund if the order is returned within 14 days of receipt.  A refund or exchange is not available after 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be returned new, unused and with all packaging and garment tags still attached.  We cannot accept any used items, and any such items will be returned to the purchaser.

Should you wish to exchange your item, please indicate the size you would like to exchange it for (if applicable).  Exchanges are subject to availability.  For all returns and exchanges please visit our Return Portal or contact a member of the customer service team by emailing them at care@georgieandclementine.com.

 

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If it is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Returns on items purchased with a Gift Card will be satisfied with a merchandise credit.  Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.  Please note we are unable to refund any shipping, custom taxes or duties incurred.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company.  It may take some time before your refund is posted.  Next, contact your bank.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at care@georgieandclementine.com.

 

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded.  Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.  If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, simply visit our Return Portal to note the reason for return or check the Gift Recipient box.  Once the returned item is received, a Virtual Gift Card will be delivered directly to your inbox.

 

SHIPPING
Should you need to return your purchase, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange an exchange or return.  Packages must be returned using pre-paid USPS or DHL shipping labels.  Shipping fees involved in making a return will not be reimbursed.  The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund when the pre-paid postage label is used.  Please visit USPS.com or DHL.com to find your nearest drop-off location or to schedule a pick-up.
