At Georgie + Clementine, we care deeply about every order and every customer. We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason it’s not quite right, we’re here to help make it right.

Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re happy to offer a full refund on items returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • Items must be new, unused, and have all original packaging and garment tags attached.

  • We cannot accept used or worn items. Any such items will be returned to the purchaser.

  • Refunds are not available after 14 days.

Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange your item, please let us know the size or product you’d like in return (if applicable). All exchanges are subject to availability.

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification confirming its status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment.

  • Items purchased with a Gift Card will be refunded with a merchandise credit.

  • Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.

  • Shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
